小蓬草鲜叶正己烷提取物化学组分分析 被引量:6

摘要 利用气质联用仪(GC-MS)对小蓬草(Conyza canadensis)鲜叶正己烷提取物化学组分进行了分析,结果表明其化学组分中右旋-柠檬烯相对含量(50.09%)最高,其次是(顺,顺,顺)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯-1-醇(15.71%),再次是顺-3,7-二甲基-1,3,6-辛三烯(罗勒烯)(11.21%)。小蓬草鲜叶正己烷提取物化学组分主要是萜烯类化合物(占69.89%),右旋-柠檬烯是小蓬草鲜叶正己烷提取物化学组分的主要特征成分之一。柠檬烯是香料,又是具有化感潜力的物质,小蓬草可以作为开发植物精油或植物源除草剂的植物资源,具有综合开发利用价值。 n-Hexane extractives of Conyza Canadensis fresh leaves was analyzed by GC-MS. The result shows that relative content of D-Limonene was the highest (50.09 %) among its components, followed by (Z, Z, Z)-9,12,15-Octadecatrien-l-ol ( 15.71%0 ), while the relative content of (Z)-3,7-dimethyl-1,3,6- Octatriene ( 11.21%) was second only to that of (Z, Z, Z)-9,12,15-Octadecatrien-1-ol. The main components in n-hexane extractives for Conyza canadensis fresh leaves were terpenoids (69.89%). D-Limonene was the major characteristic component in n-hexane extractives for Conyza canadensis fresh leaves. D- Limonene is a kind of perfume with allelopathy. Conyza canadensis can be exploited as a kind of value-added plant resources with plant essential oil or herbicide.
