摘要
以叶片为实验材料,研究了红掌组织培养技术进行了研究。结果表明,最佳诱导培养基为1/2MS+BA 1.0mg/L+2,4-D 0.05 mg/L,诱导率最高为90%;最佳分化培养基为MS+BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L;最适宜的生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L+1.0%Ac,生根率为100%。
Using the leaves of Anthuriurn andraeanum Lind as material , We have conducted tissue culture technology research of Anthurium andraeanurn Lind. It shows that the most appropriate induction culture medium is 1/2MS + BA 1, 0mg/L + 2,4-D 0.05 mg/L,the ratio of induction is 90%. The most appro- priate secondry culture medium is MS + BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L. The most appropriate roots- planting culture medium is 1/2MS + IBA 0.2mg/L + 1.0% Ac,and the rooting rate is up to 100%.
