摘要
1000kV特高压交流变电站运行电压很高而且相邻电场会相互影响,使得变电金具的设计比以往线路金具的设计要求更高、更复杂。为了让应用于特高压交流试验示范工程的变电金具拥有良好的高压电气特性,以国家电网公司特高压交流试验基地为样本,对变电站各种主要金具表面场强进行了仿真计算研究,对不同结构的金具进行了初步的优化设计,并采用科学的金具试验方法对各种优化后的不同结构的金具进行了电晕试验研究,根据试验结果提出了优化金具的建议意见,采纳该建议设计的试验示范工程变电站金具满足运行要求。
The design of fittings in the 1000 kV UHVAC substation becomes more difficult and complex, because of the higher operating voltage and interaction of the electric field nearby. In order to make substation fittings used in the UHVAC demonstration project have better electrical performance, the simulating models were established according to the first UHVAC test base of SGCC, then the surface electric field of the primary substation fittings was calculated, finally, the optimized fittings was obtained. Furthermore, the corona tests for the optimized fittings of different configuration with scientific and objective methods were carried out. Through these research results, the paper indicated further optimizing views, and the ultimate designed fittings could meet the requirement of the UHVAC demonstration project well.
