摘要
研究了从低品位钴铁生产氧化钴的浸出净化方法.提出了采用新的溶解方法———硝硫酸法,在一定液固比下溶解浸出钴铁.比较了两种净化方法并选择用溶解液蒸发浓缩、煅烧水溶一次除铁、滤液中和法二次除铁、一次除铜净化方法除杂.同时将确定的浸出净化方法应用于50kg级扩大试验,取得了较好的技术指标.所确定的浸出和净化除杂方法及给出的工艺条件,大大缩短了浸出时间,简化了工艺流程和设备,使低品位钴铁中大量的铁转化为氧化铁红而回收,铜也以铜精矿形式回收,达到了综合利用的目的.
Leaching and purification methods have been studied for producing cobaltic oxide from a low-grade ferrocobalt.A new dissolution method,nitric and sulphuric acids method,has been proposed to dissolve and leach the ferrocobalt under a certain liquid solid ratio.A purification process,consisting of dissolved solution evaporation concentration,calcination and water dissolution for a first-stage iron removal,and filtrate neutalization for a second stage iron removal and one stage copper removal was chosen for removal of impurication methods have been applied to a 50kg extensive laboratory-scale trial and good technical results have been obtained.The determined leaching and purification methods with the given process conditions have greatly reduced the leaching time,simplified the process flow and equiment.A large amount of iron in the low grade ferrocobalt can be recovered by being converted to red iron oxide,copper can be recovered as copper concentrate.As a result,the goal of comprehensive utilization has been achieved.
