摘要
介绍了隔膜电解乙锡的工艺,讨论了电解过程中电解液里Sn2+,Sn4+的变化规律和铁离子的累积速度.结果表明:阴极合金铅锡含量大于995%,锡、铅直收率约75%.
This paper describes a new process of electrorefining the crude tin (Sn 73 36%,Pb 6 62%,Fe 4 10%,Sb 0 85%,As 11 91%) with membrane.The change of tin(Ⅱ) ions and tin (Ⅳ) ions and accumulated raito of iron ions in the electrolyte during electrofining are discussed.The result showed:lead and tin content in the cathode alloy was over 99 5%.The direct recovery of lead and tin were 75% approximately.
