摘要 目的:观察细胞外基质磷酸糖蛋白(MEPE)在小鼠牙齿发育过程中牙胚和牙周组织中的表达变化,初步探讨MEPE在小鼠牙齿发育过程中可能发生的作用。方法:免疫组织化学染色法观察MEPE在小鼠牙齿发育过程中牙胚和牙周组织的表达变化。结果:牙胚发育早期,MEPE在成釉细胞、成牙本质细胞和牙髓组织中均有表达。随着牙胚的发育,MEPE在上述细胞中的表达逐步减弱,在牙周膜中逐渐表达。在前期牙本质中表达。牙胚发育完成后,MEPE在牙周膜,特别是成熟牙槽骨骨陷窝中的骨细胞中呈现高表达。结论:细胞外基质磷酸糖蛋白可能在牙齿硬组织形成、牙周膜的形成和稳定等方面发挥重要作用。 AIM:To investigate the expression and localization of matrix extracellular phosphoglycoprotein (MEPE) in mouse tooth during tooth development. METHODS:Anti - MEPE antibody was used to localize the MEPE protein in different stages of dental germ development by immunostaining. RESULTS:In early age of tooth development, MEPE was expressed in ameloblast, odontoblast and pulp tissue. During the development of dental germ, the expression of MEPE was weakened in the above mentioned cells , and increased in periodontal ligament gradually. After the tooth germ growth completed, MEPE bad a significant expression in the periodontal ligament, and strong expression in the bone cells of the mature alveolar bone. CONCLUSION : The MEPE possibly plays a vital role in the formation of the tooth hard tissue and periodontal ligament in time and spatial manner.
