摘要
对市场销售的17-4PH普通轧材棒料,采取了多种热处理工艺方案进行试验,研究了不同热处理条件下的冲击性能和组织。结果表明:对马氏体沉淀硬化钢,要获得高的冷冲击值的组织应是无δ铁素体的板条状回火马氏体组织;在材料的化学成分和热加工不变的条件下,提高材料的冷冲击韧性的热处理途径是细化晶粒尺寸和改变δ铁素体的分布形态。通过试验得到提高17-4PH钢低温冲击韧性的较佳热处理工艺参数。
A variety of heat treatment processes on 17-4PH rolled bars in the market were carried out. The impact properties and microstructure of 17-4PH rolled bars were studied under different heat treatment conditions. The results show, for the sake of higher impact value, microscopic structure of precipitation-hardening martensitic steel is tempered lath martensite without δ-ferfite; and the methods to improve impact toughness are grain refining and changing δ-ferrite distribution by heat treatment. The better heat treatment parameters are got through tests which can increase low-temperature impact toughness of 17-4PH steel.
