摘要
介绍了全焊透Ｔ型角焊缝超声波探伤的两种方法：单直探头法和单斜探头法。对直探头探测频率及斜探头Ｋ值选择进行了简单论述；着重分析了探伤中出现的波形及依据波形特征确定缺陷位置，并对缺陷性质作出判断的分析方法。
Two methods for ultrasonic flaw detection of T-fillet welds with complete fusion are presented, i.e.Single straight probe and single tilting probe techniques. Detection frequency of straight probe and selection of K value for tilting probe are discussed . Wave pattern appeared during flaw detection and determination of defective place in welds based on characteristics of wave pattern are analyzed in particular. Analysis method of determing the nature of defects is proposed as a basis of actual detection.
