摘要 通过合理的成分设计及轧制工艺选择,开发了225MPa级抗震用低屈服点钢BLY225,对其力学性能、冲击韧度及低周疲劳性能进行研究。结果表明,BLY225钢消能抗震性能良好,可满足抗震阻尼器用钢的需要。 225MPa low yield point (LYP) steel (BLY225) for the fabrication of energy dissipation was developed through reasonable composition design and rolling process. Its mechanical properties, impact toughness and low cycle fatigue property were studied. BLY225 steel has excellent toughness, high elongation and high strain low cycle fatigue property, which can satisfy the requirement of the steel used for earthquake resistant emery dissipation (ERED).
