摘要
主要论述钛及钛合金热氢处理技术的基本概念和主要工作机理以及氢元素对钛及钛合金组织和力学性能的影响规律;重点介绍热氢处理技术在钛合金晶粒细化、氢致塑性和粉末冶金等领域的应用概况,并对热氢处理技术的应用前景和存在的主要问题进行了初步探讨。
The main function mechanics of thermal-hydrogen treatment technology and effects of hydrogen element on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti and its alloys were demonstrated. The applications of thermal-hydrogen treatment technology in grain refinement, plasticity induced by hydrogen and powder metallurgy of titanium alloys were especially introduced. At last, the prospect and problems of thermal-hydrogen treatment technology were discussed.
