摘要
对断裂汽车前轴左主销孔外侧部位的金相组织、力学性能和化学成分及断口形貌特征进行了测试和分析。结果表明,前轴锻造成型后的热处理工艺不当,造成主销孔处材料表面脱碳并产生网状及针状铁素体,降低了零件的强度及硬度,导致该部位的抗疲劳强度降低,从而造成汽车前轴发生疲劳断裂。
The microstructure, mechanical properties, chemical composition and fracture surface on the left pin hole of the vehicle's front axle were measured and analyzed. The results show that the deearbonization on the surface of the pin hole generates acicular and network ferrite caused by unreasonable heat treatment after being forged, which decreases the strength and hardness of the material and induces the fatigue fracture of front axle.
