摘要
研究了GH4169合金持久组合试样的持久性能、持久试样断裂位置及金相组织。结果表明:持久组合试样断在光滑处,其金相组织中均分布着一定数量和形态的δ相,而δ相的数量和形态是该合金有无缺口敏感性的根本因素。
Lasting strength, rupture mechanism and microstructure of GH4169 superalloy have been investigated.The results show that the fracture may occur at the region with smooth surface in the samples containing certain amount ofhomogeneously distributed δ phase, and volume fraction and morphology of δ phase is the decisive factors in controllingnotch sensitivity of the alloy.
