摘要 靶向超声微泡是依靠微泡表面固有的特性或通过对微泡进行特殊处理,使其能够靶向性滞留在组织和器官血管内皮细胞上特殊的靶分子,它是实现超声分子成像的核心和关键。最新的研究显示了其在血栓形成或血栓栓塞分子成像和靶向溶栓治疗方面一些十分诱人的前景,不仅可以提高检测血栓的特异性和敏感性,而且同时可以靶向治疗血栓,
