准贝氏体钢渗碳特性及冲击磨损性能 被引量:4

摘要 研究了准贝氏体钢渗碳特性及渗层冲击后损性能。结果表明,准贝氏体钢渗碳后空冷,渗层及外层组织为高碳马氏作和残留奥氏体,无碳化物及石墨相析出,心部组织为准贝氏体。冲击磨损结果表明,准贝氏体钢渗层耐磨性接近和优于18Cr2Ni4WA渗碳钢,磨损以应变疲劳机制为主,并有一定的切削、凿削和断裂机制。讨论了准贝氏体钢代替18Cr2Ni4WA钢的可能性,可为准贝氏体钢的应用开辟新的途径。 Carburized characteristics and impact abrasion of meta-bainite steel were studied. The results show that microstructures of non-carburied lager are meta-bainite, the microstructures of out-side area of earburized layer are high carbon martensite and retained austenite after meta-bainite steel is carburized and air-cooled. The impact abrasion test shows that the wear resistance of carburized lager of meta-bainite steel reachs or exceeds that of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel. The main mechanism of impact abra- sion is strain and fatigue, and with certain microcut, chiselling and fracture. This investagation devel-ops a new application field for meta-bainite steel
