摘要
系统研究了锰低温钢中锰在奥氏体晶界上的不平衡偏聚。研究了锰的质量分数、固溶处理温度和淬火冷却速度对锰不平衡偏聚的影响和不形成锰偏聚的条件。研究了锰低温钢中其他合金元素(铬、钼、硼)在奥氏体晶界上不平衡偏聚的特点及对锰偏聚的影响。用透射电镜的X射线能量失散谱法(TEM-EDS)和俄歇能谱法(AES)分析锰的偏聚。用径迹显微照相(PTA)技术显示硼原子的显微分布状态。讨论了锰及其他合金元素不平衡偏聚的动力学过程。讨论的论断和试验结果取得了较好的一致。
The non equilibrium segregation of manganese to austenite grain boundaries in Mn cryogenic steels is investigated. It includes the effect of manganese content, solution treatment temperature and cooling rate on the non equilibrium segregation of manganese and condition of segregation formation. The segragation of alloying elements (Cr, Mo, B) and the effect of these elements on the manganese segregation is investigated. The non equilibrium segregation of manganese is determined by both AES and TEM EDS. And the micro distribution of B atom is showed by PTA technique. The kinetic process of non equilibrium segregation of manganese and alloying elements is discussed. Reasonable agreement is found between the prediction of the discussion and experimental results.
