摘要
研究Mn对Al-Mg-Li合金变形和强化行为的影响。结果表明,Al-Mg-Li及其含Mn合金变形产生锯齿流变,锯齿的类型与材料变形某阶段的形变硬化指数有关。添加Mn元素提高了Al-Mg-Li合金的屈服强度,降低了塑性,合金穿晶断裂的比例增加。
Deformation and strengthening behaviors of AlMgLi alloys with Mn additions were investigated. Serrated flow occurs during the deformation of alloys, the types of which can be related to the strain hardening exponent in certain stage of deformation.With addition of Mn in these alloys,it is found that the yield stress increases and the ductility decrease , accompanied by promotion of transgranular fracture.
