摘要
目的:本研究尝试建立一个用于评价中国白领快乐感的问卷。方法:在文献分析和访谈的基础上,以2236名中国白领为对象,用探索性因素分析发展量表的初步理论结构,并用验证性因素分析方法证明理论结构的合理性和正确性。结果:探索性因素分析抽取出5个维度:生活和谐感、人际和谐感、个人成就感、自信活力感、自主自控感,可解释总体变异的59.3%,验证性因素分析表明,构想效度也达到了心理测量学的要求。问卷的内部一致性为0.949,重测信度为0.832。结论:初步研究表明,中国白领快乐感问卷的信度、效度、模型拟和指标良好。
Objective: To develop the questionnaire of happiness for Chinese white-collar employees. Methods: We interviewed some doctors and masters from school of psychology(Beijing Normal University) with structured questions. Then a structured questionnaire was established on the basis of results of these previous investigations. 2236 adults answered the questionnaire. We also test the reliability and validity of this questionnaire through exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. Results: We found that white-collar happiness questionnaire contained five factors from exploratory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.949 and the retest reliability was 0.832. The construct validity was acceptable. Conclusion: The questionnaire has good psychometric properties.
