摘要
研究用于Al2024铝合金的稀土化合物缓蚀剂,用来代替铬酸盐化合物。应用铈或镧的化合物,将Al2024铝合金浸入醋酸铈或醋酸镧的溶液中,当Ce3+或La3+浓度仅50~100×10-6时,放置不同时间,电化学测试表明:浸泡稀土溶液的Al2024合金表面,具有良好的抗腐蚀性能,其结果与同浓度的CrO3和Na2CrO4溶液相当。稀土化合物对环境无害,有希望替代铬酸盐化合物作为铝合金的缓蚀剂。
The research has been focused on finding an alternative to chromiumbase compounds for use in Al2024 alloys inhibitor formulations These inhibitors for surface protection of aluminum alloys are various cerium or lanthanum salt solution, for Al2024 treated by immersion in cerium acetate or lanthanum acetate solution with different time, using DC electrochemical corrosion measurement technique, good corrosion resistance surface were found, the concentration of Ce3+ or La3+ is only 50~100×10-6, the results were also compared to CrO3 and Na2CrO4 solution at same concentration Since rare earth salts is environmentallycompliant and produces exceptional corrosion resistance, it should be considered as a candidate for the replacement of chromate inhibitors
