摘要
铁尾矿是我国排放量最大的固体废弃物之一,铁尾矿大量堆存引起了严重的环境污染,将铁尾矿应用于胶凝材料的生产是实现铁尾矿大宗利用的有效途径。以马鞍山姑山铁尾矿为原料,采用TG-DTA、XRD、IR等测试方法研究了热活化对铁尾矿胶凝活性的影响,结果表明热活化能提高铁尾矿的胶凝活性,实验条件下,700℃热活化处理获得了胶凝活性最好的铁尾矿。
In the background of few reuses and large stockpile for iron ore tailing, iron ore tailing from Maanshan was used as raw material to prepare cement materials. Cement properties of iron ore tailing activated by thermal activation were researched. Testing methods, such as XRD, TG-DTA, IR etc were used for researching the phase and structure variety of iron ore tailings in the process of thermal activation. Results reveals that the cement activity of iron ore tailing could be improved by thermal activation. At the experiment condition of this paper, iron ore tailing with best cement activity were prepared after thermal activation at 700℃.
