大掺量粉煤灰路面基层专用水泥性能研究 被引量:5

Properties of the High Volume Fly-ash Special Purpose Cement for Road Base Stabilization

摘要 研究了一种具有缓凝微膨胀性的大掺量粉煤灰路面基层稳定专用水泥,对专用水泥中石膏掺量与凝结时间、水泥强度以及涨缩性能的关系进行了实验研究。专用水泥凝结时间长,随着石膏掺量的增加,水泥的凝结时间和强度都有一个最大值,SO3适宜含量为4.4%。熟料掺量减少,水泥凝结时间延长,强度逐渐降低,当掺量小于45%后强度降低明显;随着SO3含量增加,这种水泥的净膨胀值增加,专用水泥的微膨胀性可以在一定程度上改善路面基层材料的抗裂性能。 A new type of special purpose cement with high volume fly-ash for road base stabilization is prepared in this investigation. The influence of gypsum content on the setting time, strength and slight expandability of the cement is researched. This cement has setting time longer than 6 h, the setting time and the strength of the cement have their peak values with the increase of the gypsum content, the optimum SO3 content is around 4.0%, the setting times increase whereas the strength of the cement decrease with clinker content increasing, the strength of the cement significantly decreases when clinker content below 45 ; its neat expansion increases with the increase of the gypsum content, clinker content has little effect on early expansion of the cement while cement with less clinker has rapid growth of expansion lately. The slight expandability of this cement can improve the anti-cracking property of the road base.
