摘要
结合武钢某综合废水回用项目的前期试验研究、可行性技术方案论证、设计、施工协调以及生产运行管理过程中现场收集的大量实际运行资料,分析了武钢综合废水水质、水量特征。提出了综合废水闭环回用水处理最佳工艺流程,并对工艺设计特点、主要处理构筑物及其设计参数的选择确定、主要设备选型以及水质稳定措施等问题作了较系统的阐述。最后,以现场实际运行资料为依据,分析说明:该综合废水由原来直排改为闭环回用,显示出了其巨大的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益。
In combination with the early experimental research, feasibility demonstration of technical scheme, design, construction coordination, as well as a large amount of real operation data gathered during production and operation management on a certain comprehensive wastewater reuse project of WISOD, it analyzed the water quality and flow rate characteristics of WISCO comprehensive wastewater. It has further put forward the most optimized process flow for comprehensive wastewater closedloop reuse treatment; it has also made a systematic expatiation on the issues including process design features, main treatment constructions, selection and determination of design parameters, sizing of main equipment, measures to stabilize water quality,etc. In the end, it adopted real site operation data as the basis, and proved through analysis, that the retrofit from the original direct discharge to closed-loop reuse has shown its tremendous environmental benefit, economic benefit and social benefit.
