人类无节制地征服和掠夺自然的行为给整个自然界带来了无法弥补的损失与破坏:自然资源被大量消耗、耕地锐减、土地沙化、环境污染,已给人类自身生存造成了严重的威胁,严酷的现实促使人类进行思考、反省。从建设领域实施可持续发展战略的角度阐述了生态建筑的设计原则:即对自然环境的关心;对使用者的关心;增强使用者与自然环境的沟通;具有足够的弹性以包容未来科技的应用与发展;采用环保技术和材料等。对生态建筑的气候设计法和生物设计法作了进一步研究。

Human＇s uncontrolled conquest and plunder behavior has brought the nature irreparable loss and damage： a large consumption of natural resources, sharp declining arable land, desertification of land, environmental pollution, which bring about a serious threat to human survival, and arise human＇ s reflection and introspection. In terms of carrying out the strategy of sustainable development in engineering construction, the paper expounds on the design principles of eco-architecture： the consideration for natural environment, for consumers; enhancing communication between consumers and the natural environment, sufficient flexibility toleration with application and development of future technology; using environmentally-friendly technologies and materials and so on. Climate design and biological design method are also introduced in the paper.
