Characteristics of Several Extraction Methods on Total RNA in Plant Tissues and Strategies to Problems

植物组织总RNA的提取方法较多,在提取过程中会遇到酚类物质、多糖和蛋白质的干扰及外源RNase污染等问题,笔者对几种植物组织总RNA提取方法的特点、提取过程遇到的问题及解决问题的对策进行了简要介绍。

There were many extraction methods on total RNA in plant tissues and more problems in extraction process, such as the interference of phenolic compounds, polysaccharides and protein and the pollution of RNase. The author briefly introduced the characteristics of sev- eral extraction methods on total RNA in plant tissues, the problems in extraction process and the strategies to problems.
