从传统酶切—连接、同源重组、PCR技术为基础结合酶切—连接等方法,对近年来植物RNA干扰表达载体的最新构建方法进行综述。

Using the method of combing the restriction enzyme-connection with traditional restriction enzyme on the basis of connection, homologous recombination, PCR technology and so on , this paper summarized the lastest construction method of plant RNAi expression vector method in recently years.
