摘要
[目的]为镉污染土壤的植物修复提供基础。[方法]以菜豆品种八月绿和地油豆王为材料,种子消毒后用0、5、10、15 mg/L的CdC l2溶液(25±1)℃催芽,计算种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,测定胚根长度、蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量。[结果]各处理2品种的发芽率与对照均无明显差异;镉浓度为5 mg/L时,2品种的发芽势和发芽指数均高于对照;镉浓度为15 mg/L时,2品种种子发芽势和发芽指数均下降,且八月绿的下降幅度大于地油豆王;2品种的种子活力指数均随镉浓度的增加而下降;镉对菜豆根系生长的抑制作用随处理浓度的增加和处理时间的延长而增强;随镉处理浓度的升高,种子蛋白质含量增加而游离氨基酸含量减少。[结论]镉对菜豆根系生长具有明显的抑制作用且品种间存在差异。
[Objective] The study was to provide the basis for phytoremediation of the soil polluted by cadmium. [Method]With kidney bean varieties such as Bayuelv and Diyoudouwang as the materials, they were germinated at (25±1)℃ by 0, 5, 10, 15 mg/L CdCl2 after sterilization. The germination rate, germination energy, germination index and vigor index of the seeds were calculated, and the contents of protein and free amino acids in seeds were determined.[Result] The germination rates of 2 varieties in each treatment all had no obvious differences with that of CK. When CdCl2 was 5 mg/L, the germination rates and germination indexes of 2 varieties were all higher than those of CK, When CdCl2 was 15 mg/L, the germination rates and germination indexes of 2 varieties all decreased, and the decrease amplitude of Bayuelv was bigger than that of Diyoudouwang. The vigor indexes of the seeds of 2 varieties all decreased with the increase of cadmium concn.. The inhibition of cadmium on root growth of kidney bean was increased with the increase of treatment concn, of cadmium and the delay of treatment time. With the increase of cadmium concn, the protein content in seeds was increased and the free amino acids content was decreased. [Conclusion] Cadmium had obvious inhibition on root growth of kidney bean and the inhibition was varied in varieties.
