精料补饲水平对卡拉库尔羊瘤胃内环境的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]研究不同精料补饲水平,对卡拉库尔羊瘤胃内环境参数的影响。[方法]选取24只健康、体重相近的卡拉库尔羊,随机分为A、B、c3组,分别补饲300、400和500g/(只·d)3种不同水平的精料,其他处理完全相同,预试期15d,正试期60d,对瘤胃液pH、NH3-N和VFA进行测定。[结果]3组试羊瘤胃液pH值在6.04-7.49之间,各组试羊瘤胃液pH变化规律表现为先降低后上升;瘤胃液NH3-N浓度在25.84-26.15mg/100ml之间,处于正常范围内,变化趋势为采食后3h浓度达到峰值,之后逐渐下降,到采食后5h,降至最低,随后又略有回升;VFA随精料补饲水平提高而升高,乙酸与丙酸比例随精料水平的提高而降低。[结论]瘤胃内环境参数随着精料添加水平的不同而有所差异。 [Objective] The study aimed to research the effects of different concentrate supplementing levels on ruminal environment parameter. [Method]Twenty-four healthy Karakul sheep with similar weight were randomly divided into three groups (A, B, C), and these sheep were given a basal diet and 3 differences concentrate of 150 g/d, 300 g/d, 450 g/d as supplements, the rumen fluid Ph, NH3-N and VFA were determinated, preliminary trial period 15 d, trial regular period 60. [Result] The pH value ranges of rumen fluid between 6.04-7.49, the pH value rules of tested sheep rumen fluid in each group were first decrease and then raised ; The rumen fluid NH3- N concentration be-tween 25.84-26.15 mg/100ml were in normal range, changes trend reached peak after 3 h feeding,and then decreased, after 5 h feeding, decreased to the lowest and then slightly raised ; VFA was raised with the concentrate supplementing level improved, the percentage of acetic acid and propionic acid were decreased with the concentrate supplementing level improved. [Conclusion] There were differences of ruminal environmental parameter with different concentratesupplementing levels.
