摘要
[目的]研究3种农药对泽蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性和联合急性毒性效应。[方法]采用联合指数相加法研究三唑磷、敌百虫和吡虫啉对泽蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性及联合急性毒性效应。[结果]结果表明,三唑磷、敌百虫和吡虫啉对泽蛙蝌蚪的毒性顺序为三唑磷>敌百虫>吡虫啉。三唑磷、敌百虫和吡虫啉对泽蛙蝌蚪的24、48、72和96 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为8.92、5.83、4.12和2.98 mg/L,7.48、5.98、4.67和3.69 mg/L,365.90、307.70、257.10和217.90 mg/L。联合急性毒性试验表明,3种农药进行两两共存对泽蛙蝌蚪的24、48 h的联合毒性均表现为协同作用。[结论]该研究结果为合理评价这3种农药混配的安全性和合理使用提供依据。
[Objective] The aim of this research was to study toxicity of triazophos, trichlorphon and imidaeloprid on R. limnocharis tadpole. [Method] The united index add method was used to study the toxicities and the influence of triazophos, trichlorphon and imidaeloprid on R. limnoeharis tadpole. [Result] The results indicated that the acute toxicities of triazophos; trichlorphon and imidacloprid were in the sequence of triazophos 〉 trichlorphon 〉 imidacloprid. The 24,48,72 and 96 h LC50 of tnazophos on the tadpoles were 8.92, 5.83, 4.12 and 2.98 mg/L, respectively ; LCso of trichlorphon were 7.48, 5.89, 4.67 and 3.69 mg/L, respectively ; and LC50 of imidacloprid were 365.90, 307, 70, 257, 10 and 217.90mg/L, respectively. The toxicity of triazophos-ttrichlorphon was shown to be synergism for 24 and 48 h, as well as the toxicity of triazophos-imidacloprid and trichlorphon-imidacloprid.[Conclusion]This research will provide the theoretical references for evaluating safety of three kinds of mixed pesticide and its rational use.
