氰氟虫腙对甜菜夜蛾幼虫防治效果的试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]明确氰氟虫腙防治甜菜夜蛾的效果;探索氰氟虫腙与顺式氯氰菊酯或溴虫腈混用的前景。[方法]试验1设24%氰氟虫腙SC216、252、288、504gai/hm^2;10%除尽SC75g ai/hm^2及清水对照6个处理。试验2设9个处理,在试验1处理的基础上增加15%安打SC36g ai/hm^2;24%氰氟虫腙SC216g ai/hm^2加10%高效灭百可EC15gai/hm^2和24%氰氟虫腙SC216gai/hm^2加10%除尽Sc15gai/hm^2 3个处理。药后调查幼虫密度,计算防治效果。[结果]与对照相比,氰氟虫腙处理明显减低了甜菜夜蛾幼虫的密度。在初龄幼虫高峰期,按252-504gai/hm^2的剂量喷雾防治甜菜夜蛾幼虫,药后3d的防效可达到90%左右,持效期达到10d。氰氟虫腙与顺式氧氰菊酯和溴虫腈混用可提高对甜菜夜蛾幼虫的防治效果。[结论]氰氟虫腙可以推广用于甜菜夜蛾的防治,适宜使用剂量为252-504g ai/hm^2;氰氟虫腙与溴虫腈混用具有较好的开发前景。 [Objective] The research aimed to evaluate the efficacy of metaflumizone and to find the prospects of mixed use metaflumizon with chloffennapyr or alpha-cypermethrin. [Method] Trial 1 included the following six treatments: metaflumizon at 216,252,288,504 g ai/hm^2 re- spectively, chlorfennapyr at 75 g ai/hm^2 and water contrast; In addition to the treatments in trial 1, another 3 treatments, indoxaearb 15% SC at 36 g ai/hm^2 , metafiumizon 24% SC 216 g ai/hm^2 mixed with alpha-cypermethrin 10% EC at 15 g al/hm^2 and metaflumizon 24% SC 216 g ai/hm^2 mixed with chlorfennapyr at 15 g ai/hm^2, were included in trial 2. Larval density was investigated and control efficacy Was determined 1, 3, 7, and 10 d after treatment. [Result] The results showed that metaflumizon treatments significantly reduced beet armyworm densities compared to the water-treated control. The control effects of metaflumizone 24% SC against early instar larva of beet armyworm was 87.23% - 94.87% at 3 days after the spraying at 252 - 504 g ai/hm^2, and 10 days effective duration was observed. Metaflumizone plus chlorfennapyr or alpha-cypermethrin showed a highly effect in controlling of Beet armyworm. [Conclusion] Trials suggested that metaflumizone could be promoted for the prevention and control of Spodoptera exigua, with a appropriate dose of 252 - 504 g ai/hm^2 ; Metaflumizone mix with Chlorfennapyr may have better development prospects in beet armyworm control.
