摘要
[目的]研制甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(甲维盐)微乳剂。[方法]筛选甲维盐原药的溶剂,乳化剂的种类、配比及用量,确定最佳配方和制备工艺,并进行了新剂型的药效试验。[结果]最佳配方为甲维盐:1.66%;乙醇:2.00%;吐温80:15.91%;十二烷基苯磺酸镁:9.09%;异丙醇6.00%;水:66.00%。研制的1%甲维盐微乳剂热贮后平均分解率为3.67%,冷贮后平均分解率为2.16%,透明温度范围为-4—90℃,水的硬度对制备无影响。田间药效试验表明,药后7d的防效达90%以上。[结论]研制的甲维盐微孔剂具有成本低、性能稳定、药效高等特点,具有良好的开发应用前景。
[Objective] The research aimed to study emamectin benzoate micro-emulsion. [Method] With emamectin benzoate as original medicine, the original medicine' s solvent,the type, dosage and percentage' s of the emulsion were screened out. The prescription and the feasible preparation were ensured. The characters and pharamacodynamics were studied.[Result] The prescription was composed of emameetin benzoate (1.66%), alcohol (2.00%), Tween 80(15.91%), ABS-Mg(9.09%), PMC (6.00%), water(66.00%). After heat treatment, the average break up percent was 2.16% ,and the cold treatment was 3.67% ,the range of clarity temperture was -4—90℃. Different rigidity water had no effect on the eonfect. The field results showed the efficacy was over 90% after 7 day. [Conclusion] The micro-emulsion had low resolution ,stabilized quality, high efficacy, and good application prospect.
