摘要 分析了国内中浅井钻机钻井液固控系统的组成,并研究了固控设备的现场使用效果。研究发现:直线振动筛排屑湿度较大,下部地层钻进时排屑含液量超过40%;过筛颗粒的中位粒径远小于筛孔直径,颗粒团聚使部分小颗粒被分出;除砂器排出钻屑的中位粒径为65.86μm;离心机净化后的钻井液中固相粒径范围较宽,粒径为2~15μm的颗粒体积比率较大,对机械钻速影响很大。提高排屑干度、增强超细颗粒分离效果是固控系统技术改革的关键。 Now the solid control level for drilling fluid in domestic oil field is relatively low. Especially not enough attention was paid to the effect of solid control system on shallow and mid-deep well rig. The composition of solid control system was analyzed and the effect of equipments was studied through field application. It was found that the moisture content of cuttings for the linear shale shaker is high and for the under stratum it is still larger than 40 %. The median diameter of particles in the drilling fluid through the screen was far less than the standard orifice diameter. With the action of particle clusters many small particles were also screened out. The median diameter of particles discharged from desander was 65.86μm. The volume percent for the particles with diameter from 2μm to 15 μm was very large, which influenced the drilling speed greatly. How to increase the dryness of cuttings and how to screen out superfine particles were the core work for the reform of solid control system.
