简述了螺杆钻具在钻井施工中的失效现象,介绍了影响钻具可靠性的几个因素,分析了钻具壳体连接螺纹处的弯曲强度比在壳体断裂分析中所起的作用,并对壳体断裂问题提出了整改措施。
Based on the brief description to failure of down-hole motor （motor for shot, hereinafter） while drilling operation, some factors causing motor failure were introduced, the effect for bending strength ratio of connection threads of motor＇s housing on housing breaking off were analyzed, and present corresponding improving steps preventing housing breaking off were put forward.
