摘要
针对材料为42CrMo的弧齿锥齿轮的生产工艺和现场使用情况,进行了2种工艺试验研究,对比在不同氮化工艺方法下的氮化效果。催渗渗氮工艺不仅满足要求,缩短了生产周期,而且性能优于常规的二段渗氮,进一步进行模拟齿轮试验,验证了催渗渗氮工艺参数是合理的。
Two types of machining process of 42CrMo circular and angular teeth wheel were developed and put into on-site application and the comparison of nitrogening effect at different processes. Activated nitriding process was not only meet requirement and shorten production circle, but the performance was better than that of conventional ones. The parameters of activated nitriding process at further imitation test was proved reasonable.
