摘要
针对套装井架的设计要求和结构特点,简要分析了套装井架的焊后变形问题。着重从装配和焊接顺序、装配精度、焊接方法等主要影响井架组装、焊接变形3个方面进行分析,指出对称焊接及合理的装配、焊接顺序是控制和减小套装井架焊后变形的关键所在,为此制定了相应的工艺措施,基本解决了焊后的变形问题,提高了井架质量。
The problems of welding deformations briefly were discussed and the influence on the mast welding quality emphatically was analyzed. It pointed out that the sequence of the wielding and assembling of the mast, assembling accuracy, as well as the wielding methods were the main influences on wielding deformation. The reasonable manufacturing technology for the mast has been found out by which the problem of welded deformation has been solved and the quality of the mast has been improved.
