The current level of development in electroless nickel plating and its application in aviation and aerospace industry are surveyed for recent advances.Topics covered include academic research,state of the arts,equipment automatization and environmental concerns.A technology for extension the bath life by electrodialysis method with ion exchange diaphragm is also discussed.
