四羰基钴钾催化环氧乙烷氢酯基化反应性能研究 被引量:15

Study on Hydroesterification of Ethylene Oxide Catalyzed by Potassium Tetracarbonylcobaltate

摘要 我们将在四氢呋喃溶剂中用硼氢化法常温常压合成的四羰基钴钾成功应用于催化环氧乙烷(EO)、一氧化碳和甲醇氢酯基化制备3-羟基丙酸甲酯的反应.用红外光谱(液膜法)对其表征,发现在1 899.93 cm-1有一强吸收峰,证实了[Co(CO)4]-的存在;通过考察反应温度、反应压力及反应时间等因素对反应结果的影响,确定在反应温度75℃、压力3.7 MPa、反应时间为10 h较佳的反应条件下环氧乙烷转化率为98.36%,3-羟基丙酸甲酯选择性为87.54%. Potassium tetracarbonylcobahate (KCo(CO) 4 ) was synthesized in the presence of terahydrofuran under carbon monoxide atmosphere and room temperature. Methyl 3-hydroxypropionate was synthesized successfully from the hydroesterification of ethylene oxide ( EO), CO and metanol catalyzed by KCo (CO) 4. The structure of KCo (CO) 4 was characterized by IR (Liquid Membrane Method). The IR (Vco) spectrum shows a strong band at 1 899.93 cm ^-1 indicating the formation of tetrahedral [ Co ( CO ) 4 ] ^- anion. The influences of reaction temperature, reaction pressure and reaction time on the reaction were investigated. The optimum conditions were obtained as fol- lows : temperature 75 ℃, reaction pressure 3.7 MPa and reaction time 10h. Under above optimum conditions, the conversion of EO was 98.36% and the selectivity of methyl 3-hydroxypropionate reached 87.54%.
