摘要
采用含氨、硫酸铵的氨性水溶液作为浸出介质从失效锂离子电池中浸出铜。当使用过硫酸铵为添加剂时,研究了焙烧温度、过硫酸铵用量和浸出温度等对铜、锂、钴浸出率的影响。实验结果表明,在氨性水溶液中加入过硫酸铵,可提高铜的浸出率。浸出液温度对铜的浸出率影响明显,采用合适的浸出条件,失效锂离子电池中铜可被完全浸出,铜的浸出率达100%,而钴的浸出率仍较低。但在较低的浸出温度(40℃)下,过硫酸铵的加入量对铜的浸出率影响不大。经XRD分析,脱铜浸出渣中含钴物相主要为Co3O4、LiCoO2。
Ammoniacal solution containing ammonia and ammonium sulfate was used as leaching media for copper removal from spent lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). Effects of calcined temperature, amount of ammonium persulfate and leaching temperature on the leaching rate of copper, lithium and cobalt were investigated when ammonium persulfate was adopted as leaching additive. The experimental results showed that the leaching rate of copper was enhanced when ammonium persulfate was added to the ammoniacal solution, and could be affected greatly by leaching temperature. All copper in spent LIBs could be leached out with a leaching rate of 100% copper under the optimized conditions while the leaching rate of cobalt was still low. At low temperature(40℃) amounts of ammonium persulfate added had no obvious effect on the leaching rate of copper. Furthermore, cobalt-containing phases in leached residue were confirmed to be mainly Co3O4, LiCoO2 by XRD analysis.
