摘要
在研究传统的级联型多电平逆变器的基础上提出了一种多电平逆变器基本构成单元的概念,并从这一概念出发,提出了基于基本构成单元串并、并串思想生成多电平逆变器拓扑的方法。以此方法得到的大量多电平逆变器拓扑,不仅涵盖了已有的基本多电平电路拓扑,而且得到一些新的拓扑结构,从而将多电平变换拓扑统一在基本构成单元的概念之内。为了验证所得到拓扑的正确性,以串-并拓扑为例,进行了仿真和实验验证。这一概念也为多电平逆变器新拓扑的生成提供了思路。
On the basis of the conventional multilevel cascade voltage source inverter,a new research clew to construct multilevel inverter topologies is proposed, which is based on the concept of basic cells and their series-parallel and parallel-series connections. A series of multilevel converter topologies are deduced from the clew, which include the existing topologies and many new ones. To confirm the validities of the new topologies, one of them are taken as examples for simulations and experiments, and the results showed the validities. This paper provides a new direction for constructing more novel multilevel converter topologies.
