The Development of Production Control System for High Performance Carbon Fiber Precursor

在分析碳纤维原丝生产工艺的基础上,采用TwinCAT平台研制了一套新型碳纤维原丝生产控制系统。现场运行表明,该系统温度、压力、速度控制准确,性能稳定。

Based on the producing technology of carbon fiber precursor, a computer control system is designed for the carbon fiber precursor product line by using the TWINCAT platform. The practical operation shows that the controlling of temperature, pressure and speed is accurate and the system performance is steady.
