牛顿插值算法在精馏塔理论塔板数计算中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 图解法计算精馏塔理论塔板数是精馏塔设计中常用的一种理论塔板数的计算方法,该方法简单、直观,但计算精度相对较差,本文采用牛顿插值计算方法结合图解法计算精馏塔的理论塔板数,既保留图解法的直观效果,又可以直接进行计算。采用面向对象的设计方法,在VC++环境中开发了相应的软件,并对乙醛-苯、苯-甲苯、水-乙酸等二元体系进行验证。 The graphic method applied to calculating the number of theoretical plates of rectifying column is usually used in the design of rectifying column. The method is simple and intuitive, but the accuracy of the method is poor. This paper describes graphic method of the design about rectifying colunm of ideal binary mixture; The authors used Newton's interpolation for equilibrium curve fitting and analyzed the error of calculating the component of vapor phase by the component of liquid phase. Using OOP method, the authors finished the program in C++ for calculating the theoretical plates of rectifying column and created the relative class for reuse and applied to the system of acetaldehyde benzene binary system, benzene-toluene binary system, water-acetic acid binary system etc.
