摘要
在分析、比较了压力加工机械上所使用的过载保护装置后,针对不同情况,合理地区分两种不同种类的机床过载形式,并采用单片机技术,利用机床所承受的载荷与机床电机定子电流之间的定性关系设计并研制了以传感器、单片机为核心的钢坯剪断机载荷检控系统,该系统能有效地对机床实施过载检测、保护,并可针对不同的过载形式,采取不同的控制措施防止机床工作在过载工作状态下。
After devices and methods used in some machine tools for protesting of overloading are discussed,a new type of systerm is designed and fabricated.This systerm uses singlechip microprocessor and sensor to form the kernel of the systerm,uses the relationship between the load acted to the machine tool and the electric current in the stator winding as its measuring and controlling strategy.In this systerm,two different forms of overloading situation are distinguished and different methods are used to protect and control them.
