摘要
采用水解酸化/EGSB/两段生物接触氧化/砂滤工艺处理甲胺生产废水,运行结果表明,当进水COD、SS、NH3-N的浓度分别为2 850、200、58 mg/L时,出水相应指标分别为80、50、13mg/L,可实现甲胺生产废水达标排放。该工艺具有耐冲击负荷能力强、剩余污泥量少、对难降解有机物的去除率高等优点,在工业废水处理中具有实用性。
Hydrolysis acidification/EGSB/two-stage biological contact oxidation/sand filtration process was used to treat methylamine production wastewater. The operation results show that the effluent concentrations of COD ,SS and NH3 - N are 80 mg/L, 50 mg/L and 13 mg/L when the corresponding in- fluent concentrations are 2 850 mg/L, 200 mg/L and 58 mg/L respectively. It suggests that the com- bined process can realize the up-to-standard discharge of methylamine production wastewater. The combined process has advantages of stronger resistance to shock loading, less excess sludge and higher removal efficiency of refractory organics, and it is utility in the treatment of industrial wastewater.
