摘要
采用膜泥复合气提升循环流反应器处理焦化废水,在较适宜的进水COD、DO及pH条件下考察了其在低温时(5~8℃)的除污效果。结果表明:对COD的去除效果受低温的影响较小,平均去除率可达77.9%;而硝化、反硝化均受到了明显抑制,对氨氮、总氮的平均去除率分别为14.9%、39.5%,但在好氧条件下实现了同步硝化反硝化。当水力负荷为0.64~1.28cm/h时,系统表现出一定的抗冲击负荷能力,且脱氮菌较降解有机物的异养菌对水力负荷的变化更敏感。
The airlift loop reactor with biofilm/activated sludge was applied to treat coking wastewater, and the "pollutants removal efficiency at low temperature (5 to 8 ℃ ) was investigated when the influent COD, DO and pH were set in their appropriate range. The effect of low temperature on COD removal is less obvious, as the COD removal rate is 77.9%. The low temperature has a notable effect on nitrification and denitrification, and the average removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen are reduced to 14.9% and 39.5% respectively. Under aerobic conditions, simultaneous nitrification and denitrifieation is achieved in the system. And even at low temperature, the system is able to resist shock hydraulic loading from 0.64 to 1.28 cm/h. Furthermore, denitrification bacteria are more sensitive to the impact of hydraulic loading than heterotrophic bacteria.
