摘要
结合实际工程,考察了高进水氨氮浓度对SBR工艺处理制药废水的影响。结果表明,当SBR进水氨氮浓度>350mg/L后,出水氨氮浓度迅速升高,出水COD浓度也呈波动上升,高浓度氨氮对微生物产生了抑制作用,大幅降低了SBR对氨氮与COD的去除率;经过一段时间的驯化,SBR工艺可适应450mg/L左右的进水氨氮。
Combined with the actual project, the impact of high concentration ammonia nitrogen in the influent on treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater by SBR process was investigated. The results show that after the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the influent is more than 350 mg/L, the ammonia nitro- gen concentration in the effluent rapidly increases, and the effluent COD fluctuanfly rises. High concen- tration ammonia nitrogen has inhibitory effect on microorganism, resulting in significant decrease in the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and COD by SBR. SBR process can adapt to 450 mg/L of ammonia nitrogen in the influent after a period of acclimation.
