摘要
目的:评价仙仲注射液对兔早期膝骨性关节炎(OA)血清及软骨中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响.方法:120只日本大耳白兔随机分为空白组、模型组(生理盐水每1 wk 0.5 mL,1次)、海诺特组(海诺特每1wk 0.5 mL,1次)、仙仲I,II组(仙仲注射液每次0.5 mL,每1wk 1次和2次),均为关节腔给药.给药8 wk后检测血清及关节软骨中SOD,NO含量.结果:仙仲I,II组及海诺特组与模型组相比,血清及关节软骨中SOD含量均升高(P<0.01)、NO含量均降低(P<0.01).结论:仙仲注射液对早期膝OA关节退变具有一定修护作用.
AIM: To investigate the effect of Xianzhong Injection (XI) on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and nitric oxide (NO) in serum and cartilage of rabbits with early stage osteoarthritis (OA). METHODS: One hundred and twenty rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups and were given intra-articular injection: the blank group, the model group treated with 0.5 mL normal saline once a week, the positive control group treated with 0.5 mL hyaluronate once a week, and the XI group A and XI group B, treated with 0.5 mL XI respectively once and twice a week. Eight weeks after the treatment, SOD and NO contents in serum and cartilage were detected. RESULTS: The content of SOD increased and NO decreased in serum and cartilage of rabbits with early stage OA in the positive control group and the two XI groups as compared with those in the model group (P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: Xianzhong Injection repairs the degenerative cartilage in early OA.
