竞争模式改革是世界各国自然垄断产业改革的重要内容。20世纪70年代以来,各国纷纷对本国自然垄断产业的竞争模式进行改革,形成竞争性的市场结构。在梳理发达国家以及发展中国家自然垄断产业竞争模式与路径选择基础上,针对我国特殊国情提出我国自然垄断行业应通过重组方式建立竞争性市场结构模式的改革路径。

Competition mode reform is an important aspect of natural monopoly industry reform. Some countries have implemented the competition mode reform from 1970s and built the competitive market structure. This paper analyzes the competition mode reform and path selection of developed countries and developing countries and brings about some suggestion for China.
