摘要 针对现代短应力线高刚度型钢轧机和高效板带连轧机,提出重载、高速轧机轴承弹热辊系概念,给出了解析轧机轴承负荷特性三维边界元法和短应力线高刚度型钢轧机轴承自调节辊系,解决了轧机轴承短寿命和烧熔问题. For modern high stiffness rolling mill with short stress regression curve and continuous plate-strip mill of high efficiency, this paper puts forward the concept of elastic-thermal roller system about heavy load and high speed rolling mill. In the mean time, it has been given that three dimensional BEM of calculating peculiarities of loading on roller bearing and self-adjusting roller system of high rigid rolling mill with short stress regression curve. Hence, can be solved basically that the short life and sintering of roller bearing.
