根据国内石化工业的发展和市场要求,采用伺服比例控制液压技术设计研制出了大型防爆蝶阀用电液伺服比例控制快关调节装置,其中融合了微电子技术、传感器技术及PLC技术,具有人机会话和监测报警功能,调节装置最大执行扭矩为100kN.m,现已成功地应用于工业生产和使用中。

According to the development in the petrochemical industry, hydraulic servo-proportional shut-off regulating device has been applied. In the device applied, the electronic, sensor, PLC monitoring, man-machine technology have been used, the torque of this valve reaches up to 100kN-m , that is successfully applied in the industry.
