Optimization of the Forming Technology of Duanxueliu Dropping Pills by Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 目的:优选断血流滴丸的成型工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以基质种类、浸膏与基质的比例、药液滴制温度为考察因素,以丸重差异RSD值、溶散时限和滴丸成型率为指标,并进行综合评分,优选成型工艺;以滴距、滴速和滴头内外口径为考察因素,以丸重变异系数为指标,优选滴制条件。结果:优选的成型工艺为以PEG6000为基质,浸膏与基质的比例为1∶3,药液滴制温度为75℃;优选的滴制条件为滴距10cm,滴速50~60滴.min-1,滴头内外口径5.0mm、3.0mm。结论:该工艺为断血流滴丸的制备提供了试验依据。 OBJECTIVE: To optimize the forming technology of Duanxueliu dropping pills. METHODS: The forming technology of Duanxueliu dropping pills was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the type of matrix, the ratio of extracturn to base material and the dropping temperature as factors and with RSD (weight variance of pills), the dissolution time, molding ratio of dripping pills as indexes, meanwhile, comprehensive scoring was carried out. The dripping conditions were optimized with dropping distance, dropping speed, the internal and external diameters of the burette as factors and with variation coefficient of pill weight as index. RESULTS: The optimized parameters for the forming technology were as follows: PEG6000 was used as base material with the ratio of extractum to base material at 1 : 3 and the dropping temperature at 75 ℃. The optimized dripping conditions were as follows: the dropping distance was 10 cm;the dropping speed was 50-60 drops per minute; the internal diameter of the burette was 5.0 mm and the external diameter of the burette was 3.0 mm.CONCLUSION :This forming technology serves as experimental basis for the preparation of Duanxueliu dropping pills.
