摘要
本文针对1150万能板坯初轧机轧辊冷却效果不佳造成的使用寿命的问题,对轧辊的热传导和冷却效应进行了分析和研究,采用有限差分法对轧辊在轧制过程中的瞬态温度场进行了数值模拟,研究了在3种不同的冷却方式下轧辊的温度场,从中找到了较好的冷却方式。
The heat-conduction and roller-cooling efficiency are analysed, accordingto shorter life-span of the roller during rolling in the 1150 versatile slabbing-bloomingmill. Finite difference method is used to do numerical simulation of twinkling temperature fields.
