内在激励问题述评 被引量:5

摘要 外在激励的增加能够正向促进代理人的努力水平和产出,是传统经济激励理论的基本假设之一。自20世纪70年代,经济学从心理学中引入内在激励的概念,发现外在激励可能对内在激励产生挤出效应;外在激励内生化和其匹配效应的存在,还将对最优合同和整个经济体的机制设计产生重要影响。本文对内在激励的经济学理论研究和实证分析进行了回顾整理,并指出这一研究不仅对市场效率的提高有重要作用,而且对我国正在进行的教育、医疗等公共领域的改革有重要启发意义。
